Mahadbt Scholarship 2022: Aaple Sarkar DBT / MahaDBT An online scholarship portal launched by Maharashtra State Government. On this mahadbtmahait.gov.in portal, the facility of post matric scholarship of various departments given by the state government is provided. This portal works to provide a total of 830 post matric scholarships. All those students of Maharashtra who are domicile can apply for MahaDBT Scholarship through this portal. MahaDBT Login will ensure effective implementation and distribution of scholarship within the state. Which are the departments that are disseminating different grants on MahaDBT? How many grants does each department give? Find the answers to these questions in the table below. All things taken together there are 8 branches of the Government of Maharashtra which provide MahaDBT Scholarship for the students coming from different segments of the general public. Social Justice and Special Assistance Scholarships

To provide financial assistance to the students of Maharashtra, the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance (SJSA) offers the five scholarships under the MahaDBT. These scholarships are applicable to study at post-matric level. The detailed description on each scholarship is listed in the table below. Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship Students must be studying in class 11th or 12th.Students must have secured 75% and above marks in class 10th.The student must be a resident of Maharashtra.The student should belong to SC category.There is no income limit for the scholarship. Under this scheme, SC students securing 75% in SSC examination and taking admission in class XI will get a scholarship of Rs 300 per month for 10 months for two years. This scholarship will be given in addition to the Government of India (GOI) scholarship and freeship.

Eligibility Criteria Under Mahadbt Scholarship 2022

Students who are native of Maharashtra are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Any candidate who wants to get this scholarship should have completed 10th class from any recognized board. You must have passed your SSC/Matriculation from a recognized college/institute to claim the scholarship schemes under the mentioned departments and universities.

Directorate of Technical Education Scholarship

We all know that generally technical education is more expensive than general education, and there are many students in our country who despite being good in education are unable to pursue further studies in technical education. So the Directorate of Technical Education of Maharashtra offers 2 types of scholarships for the students who are going through technical education like engineering, biotechnology, architecture etc. Under this MahaDBT scholarship scheme by the government, students get various types of financial aid so that they can continue their studies. Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh vastrigruh Norvah Bhatta Yojana An applicant must be the resident of India He or she must be domicile of Maharashtra state An applicant who have studied from the deemed university are not eligible The candidate should be admitted from the centralized Admission Process He or she not avail the benefit of the scheme The total income should not exceed 8 lakh Minimum 50% attendance is required in the previous semester. During the course duration the candidate should not have a gap of two or more years.

School Education and Sports Department

To enable and motivate the students to continue their education under this scheme launched by the state government. The Department of School Education and Sports offers two types of scholarships which are Open Merit Scholarship in Junior College and Merit Scholarship for Economically Backward Class students. All the students who are eligible to apply under these MahaDBT scholarship schemes are required to visit the Maha DBT portal. It is advised to those students of the state who want to take advantage of this, they have to fulfill the eligibility given below:-

Merit scholarship for economically backward class student The student will receive a scholarship of up to Rs 140 per month for 10 months. Non-hostel does male applicants will receive Rs 80 per month. The hosteller and day scholar female applicant will receive rupees Rs 160 per month and Rs 100 per month.

Directorate Of Higher Education Scholarship

Higher education scholarship scheme can be availed by only those students who want to pursue higher education and through this MahaDBT scholarship scheme financial aid will be given to all those students who cannot afford to pursue their higher education due to financial issues. There are 13 types of scholarships are offered by the Directorate of Higher Education for the students of Maharashtra and only domicile of Maharashtra can avail this scheme by the state government.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Scheme To avail this, the applicant must be a domicile of Maharashtra, they must belong to the Maharashtra state limit or Karnataka state limit to apply for the scholarship. The annual income of the family should not exceed Rs.8 lakh. Candidates belonging to general category and those who have taken admission are eligible to apply. Applicant should not avail any other scholarship or stipend. The courses in which the students have enrolled must be approved by the government or AICTE. Students should not have gap of 2 years during their course by the state government and students must have given all semester exams.
Assistance to Meritorious Students Scholarship – Junior Level 11th and 12th class students are eligible to apply. Students must have a DHE Approved Letter. Maharashtrian students studying outside Maharashtra can apply for this scheme.
Education Concession to the Children of Ex-Servicemen Applicant’s son/daughter/wife/widow of ex-servicemen are eligible. Students should be enrolled in government aided colleges only. Maharashtrian students studying outside Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
Eklavya Scholarship The students must have graduated in degree courses of Law, Commerce & Arts with at least 60% marks and in Science with at least 70% marks. The annual income of the applicant’s parents should not exceed INR 75000. The applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra state. The beneficiary should not do a part-time or full-time job. The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
State Government Open Merit Scholarship The applicant must be a resident of the Maharashtra state. The applicant should have secured at least 60% marks in class 12th. This scholarship is for students who have enrolled for Arts, Commerce, Science and Law courses. The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
Scholarship to Meritorious Students Possessing Mathematics/Physics The students should secure at least 60% in Science exam and more than 60% in Maths & Physics in Class 12th. The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme. The applicant must be a resident of the Maharashtra State.
Government Vidyaniketan Scholarship The student should secure 60% marks in the class 10th examination. The student should have passed the class 10th exam from the State Government Vidyanikethan only. The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme. The applicant must be a resident of the Maharashtra State.
State Government Daxshina Adhichatra Scholarship The applicant must be a graduate student from non-agriculture University only. The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme. The applicant must be a resident of the Maharashtra State.
Government Research Adichatra The applicant must be a postgraduate degree holder. Applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra state. The applicant must have secured 60% marks in post-graduation. Maharashtrian students studying outside Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
Education Concession to the Children Freedom Fighter The applicants who are son/daughter/wife/widow of freedom fighters are eligible. The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme The students should be domicile of Maharashtra.
Jawaharlal Nehru University Scholarship Maharashtrian student who studied in JNU. UG and PG JNU students are applicable for this scheme. They should be domicile of Maharashtra.
Assistance to Meritorious Students Scholarship – Senior Level To take advantage of this scholarship, you must be a student of class 11th and 12th. Maharashtrian students studying outside Maharashtra can apply for this scheme by the state government.
Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DHE) If the applicant wants to take advantage of this scholarship, then he should be a native of Maharashtra. For vocational courses, applicants who are children of registered workers or underprivileged or both are eligible. The annual income of the family/guardian by the State Government should not exceed Rs.8 lakh. Its benefit will be provided only if the applicant is not getting the benefit of any other subsistence allowance benefit and the applicant must attempt every semester or annual examination.

Directorate Of Medical Education And Research

All the students of the state who are pursuing their education in the medical and research departments can take advantage of the scholarship schemes offered by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research. Under this scholarship scheme by the state government, various types of financial incentives are given to the students so that they can finance their education and under the Directorate of Medical Education and Research two types of scholarships are provided which are Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Fee Reimbursement Scheme and DR Panjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance Allowance.

Department of Social Justice & Special Assistance

This department provides financial assistance to the students to complete their education. The scholarship is awarded to students with a family income of less than 2.5 lakhs/year. MAFSU Nagpur

The MAFSU Nagpur Scholarship launched by the government is provided to all the students who belong to the economically weaker section of the society. This scholarship is funded by the government through Maharashtra University of Animal and Fisheries Sciences. Two types of scholarships are provided under this scholarship scheme and various types of financial incentives will be provided to the students seeking admission in Diploma/ Degree/ Post Graduate/ Professional courses through the central admission process under this scholarship scheme.

The applicant should not take advantage of any other type of scholarship provided by the government. Only two children of a family can apply for this scholarship scheme. The annual family income of the student should not exceed Rs.800000/-, the candidate should have secured at least 50% attendance in the previous semester.
Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance Allowance You should not take advantage of any other type of scholarship provided by the government. Only two children of a family can apply for this scholarship scheme. The annual family income of the student should not exceed Rs.60000/-, the candidate should have at least 50% attendance in the previous semester. The candidate should not have a gap of more than two or more years during the duration of the course. General category students can also take advantage of this scholarship scheme. Applicant must be a national of India and a native of Maharashtra. Candidates must be genuine students of the institute and admitted for professional and non-professional and technical courses. Deemed universities and private universities are not applicable. The applicant should be admitted through a centralized admission process. Applicant should be hostel. Applicant should be a registered laborer or minor landholder or child of both.

Directorate of Art

The Directorate of Arts Scholarship launched by the government is for all the students who have taken admission in the courses under the Directorate of Arts category. Under this scholarship scheme by the government, students get two types of scholarship which is Rajshree Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shiksha Fee Shiksha Shruti Yojana and Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Nirvah Bhatta Yojana. Various types of financial incentives are provided under this scholarship scheme. Students are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for this scholarship scheme. Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance Allowance To get the benefits under this scheme, the candidate must be a native of Maharashtra. Applicants for vocational courses must be registered labourers, children of minor landlords or both. The total family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs.8 lakh. Only the first two children of a family are eligible for this scheme. General category candidates are eligible for this scheme. Applicant must be a hostel, paying guest or tenant. The applicant is not getting the benefit of any other scholarship scheme. To take advantage of this scheme, the candidate should not have a gap of 2 years.

Minority Development Department Scholarship

The benefit of this scholarship is given to the students who belong to the minority community and under this scholarship scheme by the state government, 3 types of scholarships are provided to the minority students who are the State Minorities Scholarship Part II Minorities pursuing higher and professional courses. There are scholarships for community students and scholarships for students from minority communities doing high and professional. Various types of financial incentives are given to the students under this scholarship scheme by the state government and students are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for this scholarship scheme.

State Minority Scholarship Part II (DHE) To get benefits under this scholarship, graduates and post graduates from Arts / Commerce / Science / Law / Education courses are eligible and all of them should be domicile of Maharashtra only then they can apply. The annual income of the family should be up to INR 8 Lakh. Under this scheme, quota will be provided to 2000 applicants. Maharashtrian students studying outside Maharashtra cannot get benefits under this scheme by the state government.
Scholarship for Students of Minority Communities Pursuing Higher and Professional Courses (DTE) If you want to get benefits under this scholarship, then you should be an Indian citizen and the candidate should be a domicile of Maharashtra state, only then you can apply for it. Candidates must have passed SSC from Maharashtra State. The applicant must be a “genuine student of the Institute” and must have been admitted to professional and technical courses (Diploma/Bachelor/Graduate degree). The candidate should be admitted through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) / Institute level. You should not avail any other scholarship/stipend and the total annual family income should not exceed Rs.8 lakhs then only you will be considered eligible.
Scholarship for Students of Minority Communities Pursuing Higher and Professional Courses (DMER) Students enrolled in medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, etc. and courses must be affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik to avail benefits under this scholarship by the state government. The annual income of the student’s family should not exceed INR 8 Lakhs. 30% of the scholarship is reserved for female applicants and 70% for male applicants. Applicant must be a native of Maharashtra.

Tribal Development Department Scholarship

Four types of scholarships are given by the government under the post matric scholarship under MahaDBT scholarship. The students must belong to the scheduled category to take advantage of these scholarships. OBC, SEBC, VJNT & SBC Welfare Department

Under this scholarship scheme launched by the Government of Maharashtra, financial assistance goes to all the students of OBC, VJNT, SEBC and SBC category and only those students of the state who belong to the above categories can avail this scholarship scheme. Those students who are pursuing government approved courses can avail this scholarship. Applicants are advised to check their eligibility criteria before applying under this scholarship.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Post-Matric Scholarship for VJNT Students Applicant must belong to VJNT, OBC and SBC category. Applicants must be pursuing an education course approved by the government. The annual family income should not exceed INR 1 Lakh. The applicant should apply for the scholarship through the CAP system. The applicant must have secured 75% attendance for the current year.
Tuition Fees and Examination Fees to VJNT Students Applicant should belong to VJNT category. Applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra State. The annual family income should not exceed INR 8 Lakh. Students enrolled in degree courses in health science etc are eligible to apply. Freeship will be applicable for students enrolled in unaided or aided government colleges in technical education. Students enrolled in courses like Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries can also take advantage.
Payment of Maintenance Allowance to VJNT and SBC Students Studying in Professional Courses and Living in Hostel Attached to Professional Colleges The applicant should belong to the VJNT and SBC category. The applicant’s annual family income should not exceed INR 1 Lakh. The applicant should be admitted to the hostels in professional colleges. The applicant is not eligible if he or she takes admission in a government hostel. The students who are enrolled in professional courses such as Engineering, Medical, Veterinary, Architecture etc.
Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship for Students Studying in 11th & 12thStandard of VJNT & SBC Category The applicants should belong to Vimukta Jatis, Nomadic Tribes, and Special Backward Classes. The applicant must be studying in class 11th and 12th in junior colleges. There is no family annual income limit. The students should not have a study gap to avail of this scholarship.  The applicants must be residents of Maharashtra.
Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students Applicant should belong to OBC category. Applicants must be pursuing government approved education courses. Applications for vocational courses should come through CAP round. Applicants need 75% attendance for the current year.
Post Matric Scholarship to SBC Students The annual income of the parents should not exceed INR 1 Lakh. Applicants must belong to SBC category. Applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra. Applicants must be pursuing government approved education courses.
Tuition Fees and Examination Fees to OBC Students To take advantage of this scheme, the applicant must have completed post-matriculation education from colleges approved by the government. They should belong to OBC category. Applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra. Students pursuing degree course in health science related courses are eligible to apply. Students pursuing higher and technical education from aided or unaided government colleges are also eligible. Applicants who are doing courses in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries etc by the state government are also eligible to apply.

Applicants must be pursuing government approved education courses. Applicant should be domicile of Maharashtra state.

Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department

There is only one scholarship under the Department of Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship which is provided by the Department of Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship which is vocational training fee reimbursement for socially and educationally backward class and open category students. Under this scholarship scheme by the state government, benefits will be provided to the students taking admission in government ITI and private ITI through central admission process.

Scholarships Eligibility Criteria
Vocational training fee reimbursement for the student belonging to socially and educationally backward class and open category students Students whose family income is less than Rs 250,000, their fees will be reimbursed 100%. For students whose family income is more than Rs 250000 in less than Rs 8 lakh, 80% of the institute course fee will be reimbursed. Only those students can get benefits under this scholarship scheme who have taken admission in Government Industrial Training Institute or Private Industrial Training Institute through PPP scheme and through central online admission process. To take advantage of this scheme, the student must belong to the open category and economically weaker section. Orphaned candidates are required to submit the recommendation letter. Candidate must not have taken any benefit from ITI in Government or Private earlier. Candidate must be a native of Maharashtra. Only two children of a family can take advantage of this scheme.

Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri Scholarship scheme

Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth Scholarship is awarded by the state government to the students of the state who are the children of farmers from economically backward classes and through centralized admission process to take admission in Diploma / Degree / Post Graduate / Professional courses and further studies want. Under this scholarship scheme, various types of financial incentives are provided to those students by the state government in the form of reimbursement of tuition fees, examination fees etc. There are two types of scholarship scheme offered by Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri which are Rajshree Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shiksha Shulak Shishyavrati. Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance Allowance To get benefits under this scholarship started by the Government of Maharashtra, the applicant should not take advantage of any other type of scholarship provided by the government, only then the benefit of this scheme will be provided. Only two children of a family can apply for this scholarship scheme. Under this scheme by the state government the annual family income of the student should not exceed Rs 800000, the candidate must have obtained at least 50% attendance in the previous semester, after that will be considered eligible to apply. The candidate should not have a gap of more than two or more years during the duration of the course. The applicant must be a national of India and a domicile of Maharashtra by the state government. Candidates must be genuine students of the institute and admitted for professional and non-professional and technical courses. Deemed universities and private universities are not applicable. The applicant must be admitted by the state government through a centralized admission process only after that he will be considered eligible.
