Appointment of Members 

Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi invites online
applications on portal namely https://apptrbmembermca.gov.in from Indian
Nationals for 05 posts of Members (03 posts of Judicial Member and 02
post of Technical Members) in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal
(NCLAT), a quasi-judicial body established under Section 410 of the
Companies Act, 2013. The number of vacancies are tentative and may
decrease or increase without prior notice. The Member shall be paid a salary
of Rupees two lakh twenty five thousand per month plus other allowances as
admissible.

Eligible and willing persons are advised to submit their application online.
Applications may be submitted online from 08.06.2023 at 10:00 AM. Last date
for submitting online application is 05.07.2023 at 05:30 PM. Detailed
advertisement may be seen on the portal namely https://apptr
bmembermca.gov.in, website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(www.mca.gov.in), DoP&T’s website (https://dopt.gov.in) and National
Company Law Appellate Tribunal’s website (www.nclat.gov.in). Instruction for
filling up of application are available on the portal https://apptr
bmembermca.gov.in.

Print out of the application forms after final submission on online portal duly
completed, and signed alongwith copies of uploaded documents, and through
proper channel, wherever applicable, must reach by 05:30 PM of 17.07.2023
